Jaylen Ross, Owner, keeps the offer list short so there’s no fine print to decode.
Current Offers
Free Garage Door Safety Inspection with Any Repair
Book any repair and we’ll inspect your full door system at no charge: springs, cables, rollers, tracks, opener force settings, and the balance of the door. You get a written condition report with photos, so you know what’s wearing and what can wait. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (831) 216-7932.
Same-Day Spring Repair at No Extra Charge
When a torsion spring (the horizontal coil above your door) snaps, you need it fixed fast. In West Covina, we stock high-cycle springs for LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor doors, and we don’t charge a premium for same-day dispatch. The price you’re quoted before work begins is the price you pay. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (831) 216-7932.
First-Time Customer Courtesy: $35 Off Any Repair Over $200
If you’ve never used Marlow Garage Door Repair West Covina, this one’s for you. Any repair over $200 qualifies for a $35 courtesy credit, applied to the written price before work begins. It stacks with the free inspection above. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (831) 216-7932.
Senior & Military Courtesy: $25 Off Any Service
Active-duty military, veterans, and homeowners 65 and older get $25 off any repair, spring replacement, or cable fix. Just mention it when you book. No forms, no proof beyond a quick mention or ID at the door. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (831) 216-7932.
Seasonal Tune-Up: $89 Garage Door Service
Before the summer heat works your springs harder and before the rainy season tests your weatherstripping, have us tune your door: lube rollers and hinges, tighten hardware, check cable tension, test safety reverse, and align tracks. $89 flat, written price, done in one visit. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (831) 216-7932.
Garage Door Cable Repair: Free Cable Inspection When You Mention This Page
Cables under tension can fray quietly until they snap, and when they go, the door can drop hard. If you suspect cable wear, we’ll inspect both cables free when you book a cable repair. It’s a safety check, not a sales pitch. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (831) 216-7932.

Every special on this page still comes with the standards Marlow Garage Door Repair West Covina has held since 2002. You get a written price before work starts. You get the 365-Day Done Right Promise: a written guarantee on every repair, with a free second visit if the fix fails within a year. And you get The Relay Visibility Guarantee: live arrival tracking, before-and-after photos, written price, and a digital invoice you pay from a link. Specials change the price, never the standard.
Why We Offer Specials in West Covina
West Covina’s hills and hot summers put real strain on garage door springs and cables. Doors on properties near the San Jose Hills and around neighborhoods like South Hills, Woodside, and the area off Amar Road cycle more in the heat, and springs fatigue faster. A special isn’t a marketing gimmick here; it’s a way to get ahead of the failure before your door is stuck closed at 7 a.m. Jaylen Ross started this shop in 2002, and he’d rather discount a tune-up than charge you for an emergency repair that a $89 visit could have prevented.
